Abstract

Przedstawiono aktualny stan liczebności wybranych gatunków ptaków (ze szczególnym uwzględ-nieniem gatunków z Załącznika I Dyrektywy Ptasiej) gniazdujących w Obszarze Specjalnej Ochrony Ptaków Natura 2000 „Jeziora Pszczewskie i Dolina Obry”. Ponadto porównano dane o liczebności gatunków uzyskane podczas inwentaryzacji przeprowadzonych pod koniec XX i na początku XXI wieku oraz w roku 2010. W ostoi gniazdują znaczące w skali regionu populacje bąka Botaurus stellaris (16–20 samców), błotniaka stawowego Circus aeruginosus (25 par), dzię-cioła czarnego Dryocopus martius (31–40 par) i żurawia Grus grus (28–35 par). Na uwagę zasłu-gują także stanowiska lęgowe bielika Haliaeetus albicilla, kani czarnej Milvus migrans i kani rudej M. milvus oraz trzmielojada Pernis apivorus. W ciągu ostatniej dekady na obszarze Natura 2000 Jeziora Pszczewskie i Dolina Obry zmiany liczebności wykazano dla 8 z 20 gatunków wymienio-nych w Załączniku I Dyrektywy Ptasiej. Liczebność błotniaka stawowego, bociana białego Ciconia ciconia, gąsiorka Lanius collurio, jarzębatki Sylvia nisoria i zimorodka Alcedo atthis zmniejszy-ła się, a dzięcioła czarnego, lerki Lullula arborea i żurawia – wzrosła. Nie odnotowano istotnych zmian liczebności bąka, derkacza, kani rudej, kani czarnej i trzmielojada.

English Abstract

The paper presents the current abundance of some bird species, (with a particular attention to species listed in Annex I of the Birds Directive) nesting in the Natura 2000 SPA “Jeziora Pszczewskie i Dolina Obry”. The data were compared with the abundance of species between the periods at the turn of the century and in 2010. Populations important to the region are nesting in SPA: Greylag Anser anser, Great Crested Grebe Podiceps cristatus, Crane Grus grus, Bittern Botaurus stellaris, Gray Heron Ardea cinerea, Cormorant Phalacrocorax carbo, Marsh Harrier Circus aeruginosus and Black Woodpecker Dryocopus martius (Table 1). Also noteworthy is nesting of White-tailed Eagle Haliaeetus albicilla, Black Kite Milvus migrans, Red Kite Milvus milvus and Honey Buzzard Pernis apivorus. Over the last decade, changes in the population size have been observed in the Natura 2000 SPA “Jeziora Pszczewskie i Dolina Obry” for 8 out of 20 species listed in Annex I of the Birds Directive. A decline was recorded for the Marsh Harrier, White Stork Ciconia ciconia, Red-Backed Shrike Lanius collurio, Barred Warbler Sylvia nisoria and Kingfisher Alcedo atthis. However, the population size of the Black Woodpecker, Wood Lark Lullula arborea and Crane increased. There were no significant changes in the number of Bittern, Corncrake, Red Kite, Black Kite and Honey Buzzard.
