Abstract
为了解河段责任承包对鱼类资源的保护成效，于2012年7月至8月和2012年11月至2013年1月，在 云南腾冲界头小江采集鱼类标本，调查鱼类资源状况；采用半结构式访谈了解大塘社区河段责任承包制执行情况。 该制度旨在规范沙石采集和禁止使用非法渔具，却使鱼类生境和种群数量得到了有效保护。但该制度在执行过程 中也存在一些不足，需要进一步完善。English Abstract
To undemtand the effectiveness of fish resources conservation based on the reach responsibility contract system，
fish specimens were collected from Jietouxiaojiang and status of fish resources was investigated from July to August 2012 and
November 2012 to January 2013。Additionally，the implementary result of the reach contract responsibility system in Datang
community Was inquired by semi—structural interview．This system aimed to regulate the sand collection and prohibit the ille—
gal fishing method in the river．Unexpectedly，this system eflqcienfly protected the fishes’habitat and populations．Howev—
er，there were still some deficiencies in the reach contract responsibility system which should be improved in the future．
