Abstract

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a técnica de semeadura direta, com o uso de protetor físico e pré-germinação de sementes de Diospyros sericea A. DC. e Solanum lycocarpum St. Hil. em uma área degradada por extração de cascalho no Parque Estadual do Biribiri (PEB), município de Diamantina-MG. O experimento foi instalado em delineamento em blocos casualizados (DBC) com 3 repetições e 4 tratamentos (T1- sem protetor físico sem pré-germinação; T2 - com protetor físico sem pré-germinação; T3 - sem protetor físico com pré-germinação; T4 - com protetor físico com pré-germinação). O protetor físico foi feito a partir de garrafas PET. Após 120 dias de semeadura verificou-se diferença significativa para emergência das espécies sendo observadas as melhores médias nos tratamentos com uso de protetor (T2 e T4). Diospyros sericea apresentou a melhor taxa de sobrevivência das plântulas no tratamento sem pré-germinação e com protetor físico e Solanum lycocarpum no tratamento sem protetor físico e com pré-germinação.

English Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the technique of direct sowing, using physical protector and pre-germination of Diospyros sericea A. DC. and Solanum lycocarpum St. Hil. in an area degraded by mining gravel on State Park Biribiri (PEB), Diamantina-MG. The experiment was conducted in a randomized block design (RBD) with three replications and 4 treatments (T1- without physical protector without pre-germination; T2 – physical guard with no pre-germination; T3 – without physical protector with pre-germination; T4 – with physical protector with pre-germination). After 120 days of sowing there was a significant difference for the species being observed emergency the best averages in the use of protective treatments (T2 and T4). Diospyros sericea showed the best survival rate of seedlings in the treatment without pre-germination and physical protector and Solanum lycocarpum treatment without physical protector and pre-germination.
