Abstract

Bei der alten Tuatara in Uppsala, genauso wie bei dem Weibchen des Authors, entstanden kleine Hautwunden vor der Häutung, welche nach ein paar Wochen Behandlung mit Penicillin-Salbe heilten. Die Heilung einer Augenkrankheit (Hornhautabszess) mit Unguforte Augensalbe und Anwendung von Vogan Aquat wurde beschrieben. Die Vergrößerung der Pupille wurde mit Mydrial Augentropfen erreicht.

English Abstract

In the old tuatara in Uppsala, as weil as in the authors female, small skin wounds usually develop before shedding, which heal after a few weeks of
treatment with Penicillin-salve. Healing of an eye disease (corneal abscess) with
Unguforte eye salve and application of Vogan Aquat is described. The dilation of the pupil is achieved with Mydrial eye drops.
