Abstract

W pracy przedstawiono funkcjonowanie komisji dialogu obywatelskiego ds. środowiska jako jednej z form współpracy samorządów gminnych z organizacjami pozarządowymi. Wskazano problemy ich funkcjonowania, a także na przykładzie Krakowa pozytywne rezultaty ich działania.

English Abstract

The work presents the functioning of the civil dialogue committees for the environment as one of the forms of cooperation between local governments and non-governmental organizations. The problems of their functioning are indicated, as well as the positive results of their actions based on the example of Krakow.
